1. Referral eligibility and attribution
A referral must be a new, separate customer who registers after following a valid referral link. The first valid attribution cookie is used, and the referrer is fixed when the account registers. Lost, expired, cleared, or blocked cookies can prevent attribution. Existing accounts cannot be reassigned to a referrer. Account and email verification and program qualification checks apply.
2. Commission and rate changes
The current default rate is 3.00%. Your active rate appears in your Referral Dashboard. Global rates, approved partner rates, and campaign rates can change prospectively. The rate captured on an eligible order determines its historical commission. Normal settings changes do not rewrite that snapshot. Corrections and reversals remain possible for ineligible value, errors, refunds, chargebacks, or abuse.
Commission is earned only on eligible, deposit-funded completed service value. Deposits or wallet top-ups alone generate no commission. Admin credits, promotional funds, other referral rewards, excluded services, failed or canceled orders, refunded portions, and fraudulent or charged-back value are excluded. Partial orders may qualify only for their delivered portion. Configured minimums and per-order, daily, or monthly caps may apply.
3. Holds and security reviews
Commissions remain pending during the applicable hold and security review. We may require additional review of account activity, verification, referral patterns, network information, limited browser or device signals, and payment or payout linkage. A shared IP alone does not establish fraud. Suspected abuse can restrict eligibility; contact support to ask for a review.
The referral program or new attribution may be paused. Existing earned history is preserved. Withdrawal availability can be paused separately for security, operational, or provider reasons.
4. Crypto withdrawals
Only available referral earnings can be withdrawn through this program. Ordinary deposited service wallet funds are not referral earnings. Minimum withdrawal, account age, qualified-referral count, verification, authenticator, security cooldown, supported assets, and network rules apply as shown in your account.
A request reserves its earnings while it is reviewed and processed. Fees and the net amount are disclosed before confirmation. Quotes expire if they are not confirmed promptly. The displayed crypto amount is captured at confirmation; its later market value can change. Transfers are marked paid only after confirmed provider success. A definitively failed or rejected transfer releases reserved earnings. An uncertain transfer remains reserved while it is reconciled to prevent duplicate payment.
5. Wallet responsibility
You must enter and verify the correct cryptocurrency, receiving network, wallet address, and memo or destination tag. Never submit a private key or seed phrase. Wrong-network or incorrect-address transfers may be unrecoverable, and completed blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Asset availability depends on provider support and SMMQube configuration.
6. Prohibited referral conduct
Self-referrals, multiple-account reward schemes, account farming, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, coordinated payout misuse, unsolicited referral spam, impersonation, and misleading promises are prohibited. Do not claim guaranteed delivery, business results, or income. Ineligible earnings can be withheld or reversed through auditable accounting entries. Reversals after payment may be offset against future earnings.
7. Security data and assistance
We process limited referral, network, device, account-activity, payment-linkage, and payout-address information for attribution, security, and abuse prevention. Exact operational addresses are protected, and old risk signals are removed according to our retention policy. Financial and audit records are retained separately for accounting and dispute handling.
