Information we collect
We collect the name and email address you provide, a securely hashed account password where password sign-in is used, and your account preferences. If you sign in with Google, we receive the identity details needed to connect your Google account with SMMQube. We record service selections, target links or usernames, quantities, order status, wallet and payment records, support conversations, and contact form messages. We also record technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device category, page path, visit time, and country when supplied by our network.
How we use information
We use this information to run and secure accounts; process payments, orders, credits, and support requests; display transaction and order history; investigate abuse; and understand site usage. We do not ask for the password to your social media account. Do not put passwords, private credentials, or full payment card details into order or support fields.
Cookies and similar technology
The site uses cookies needed for sessions, security, and saved interface preferences such as theme selection. Optional sign-in, payment, or anti-abuse services may set their own cookies when used. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or ordering.
Service providers and disclosure
We share the target and order details needed to fulfill a selected service with the fulfillment service handling that request. Payment processors, hosting services, email delivery services, Google sign-in, and Cloudflare Turnstile may receive the information necessary for their functions. Turnstile checks help us prevent automated abuse on sign-in and contact forms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell customer personal information.
Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We keep records for as long as needed to provide the account and services, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practicable.
Your choices and requests
You can review many account, order, and transaction details in your dashboard. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. You can manage browser cookies and disconnect Google sign-in from your Google account settings, although doing so may affect access. For a privacy question, email support@smmqube.com.
Referral security and payouts
When you follow a referral link, we may store an encrypted first-party attribution cookie and a random first-party device identifier. We use limited network information, IP/proxy/VPN risk intelligence, browser and operating-system characteristics, language, rounded screen characteristics, timezone, account activity, and payment or payout linkage signals to prevent referral abuse and protect withdrawals. Our device identifier is not a MAC address or a hardware identifier, and browser signals are not guaranteed proof of identity.
Network intelligence may be checked through ProxyCheck at registration, qualification, withdrawal, or a security review rather than every page view. Payout processing shares the receiving wallet address, selected asset/network, required memo, and transfer amount with our crypto payout provider. Exact payout addresses and operational IP data are protected, and customer-facing referral lists mask account identities.
Old risk signals are removed on a configured retention schedule. Financial, payout, and audit history is retained separately for accounting, security investigations, and disputes. Attribution and device cookies can expire or be cleared through your browser; doing so may affect referral attribution. For questions about referral data, email support@smmqube.com.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and page usage across SMMQube. The service may receive browser and device information, an approximate location, a page category, and an analytics cookie or similar identifier. We configure pageviews with grouped account paths and without query strings. We do not deliberately send names, email addresses, order details, or payment details as analytics events. Browser privacy settings and extensions may limit this measurement. Google processes the analytics information under its own privacy terms.
